Key Responsibilities: 

  • Help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating assets, schedules, and approvals to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Assist with the ongoing management and optimisation of HubSpot, including CRM data, email workflows, lead tracking, and performance reporting. 
  • Support with updating and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy and a strong user experience. 
  • Create and distribute engaging newsletters, managing audience segmentation, performance tracking, and continual improvement. 
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and develop high-quality content including insights, social media posts, case studies and thought leadership pieces. 
  • Manage the production and scheduling of podcasts, including coordinating recordings, supporting editing, and promoting episodes across digital channels. 
  • Support the planning and coordination of client events.  
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing channels using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Utilise AI tools to assist with marketing efficiency.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, either in-house or agency. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging content. 
  • Must be HubSpot proficient. 
  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms such as WordPress. 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Knowledge of AI marketing agents is a plus.  
  • Ideal candidate would also be experienced in Adobe Suite – InDesign.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
