Striving for better
The professional services industry especially the law industry, impacts sustainability through carbon emissions, through energy, paper and travel. From a social perspective law firms contribute significantly to pro bono work, with over 2 million hours provided annually, promoting social justice and equality. However, the industry faces significant inequality in ethnicity. For example, in the UK, only 8% of partners in law firms are from ethnic minority backgrounds, despite making up 14% of the population.
We help unpack the business challenges with sector specific services:
- Carbon footprint
- Net zero strategy and target setting
- SBTi submission
- Sustainability strategy and integration
- Social value
- Sustainability integration
- Strategic analysis – horizon scanning
- ESG reporting and communications
