In 2024-2025, Simply Sustainable partnered with Vesta Software Group, a global acquirer of software businesses, to develop its first group-wide sustainability strategy. With a decentralised business model and operations across the UK, Europe, South America and Mexico, Vesta required a tailored yet scalable approach.
Through structured stakeholder engagement, materiality analysis, and alignment with global frameworks such as GRI, SASB and ESRS, Simply Sustainable co-created a bespoke strategy framework grounded in four strategic pillars:

The challenges and objectives
