A base number of tokens is purchased for year 1. Each year you will keep paying the same, but you will receive more tokens each year, without paying more.
You can purchase all our solutions with your tokens. How much each solution costs is shown in our Solution Suite. The token price will be fixed over the length of your partnership. Request the Solution Suite here.
Can I roll over tokens to the next year?
Yes, 10% of your tokens can be rolled over to the next year.
What if I need something bespoken that’s not on your Solution Suite?
That’s no problem. We can still do bespoke work. The token price will depend on the scope of the project.
Is the subscription only available for a 3-year period, or also for different lengths of time?
The 3-year structure gives the us the certainty to invest in the very best AI solution infrastructure and co-create solutions with you. An extension of this time period can be discussed, feel free to get in touch if you want to discuss this.
Can I convert tokens back to money and get a refund if I don’t use all the tokens for the year?
You can roll over 10% of your tokens to the next year. Additionally, tokens can be used for bespoke work on topics relevant for you. We’ll work with you to ensure that you get most value out of this model each year.The tokens cannot be refunded.
Is it possible to buy additional tokens in a single year if we need more support?
Yes, additional tokens can be bought.
Is it possible to terminate the subscription during the 3-year period?
Yes, it is possible to terminate the subscription prior to theend of year 1 prior with 60 days notice.
We may have future needs that don’t exist now, for example for UK SRS. Will you launch solutions to cater for these?
Yes, we will constantly update our solutions to meet changes to market needs which will be priced consistently with the extensive list available today. Bespoke needs will also be scoped and agreed on request.
