Simply sustainable acquires Carbon Responsible to accelerate growth in sustainability and carbon management
London, 8th June 2026 — Simply Sustainable today announced the acquisition of Carbon Responsible, bringing together two complementary sustainability solution providers with a shared mission to help organisations accelerate sustainable transformation.
The acquisition combines the data management and analytical strengths of both organisations in carbon accounting and assurance, while also enabling Carbon Responsible’s clients to benefit from Simply Sustainable’s expertise in sustainability advisory and their suite of AI-enabled solutions.
Together, the combined organisation will offer clients expanded capabilities across:
