Role Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate with experience and expertise in any of the following core skills aligned to our three focus areas.  

  • ESG and Sustainability Strategy: Double materiality assessment, Sustainability strategy creation, EU ESG compliance (CSRD, CSDDD), supply chain due diligence, social impact. 
  • Risk, Reporting and Communications: Climate risk management (TCFD), Sustainability reporting, Sustainability communications, UK ESG compliance (CFD, ESOS, SECR).  
  • Climate and Carbon: Analysing complex data sets and calculating scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions in line with the GHG Protocol,  Carbon footprint calculations, Net-zero strategies, Transition planning, UK ESG compliance (CFD, ESOS, SECR).  

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative projects that drive meaningful change.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Consulting: Provide support in the delivery of projects and expert advice to clients on sustainability-related topics.  
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather data, insights, and feedback necessary for project success. 
  • Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging sustainability practices to inform consulting approaches and client strategies (GRI, TCFD, SASB, SFDR, ESOS). 
  • Project Management: Support the Senior Consultant with project timelines, deliverables, and client communication to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

 

Experience:

  • Experience in sustainability consulting or a related field. 
  • 1 year minimum experience of working on sustainability projects. 
  • Strong experience in report development and data analysis, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to helping organisations achieve their sustainability goals.

The roles will require you to be flexible and available to support clients in delivering top-quality work. The role may require travelling both inside and outside the UK and on occasions to be based at a client’s premises.
